Meet the Groomers
Brooke-Owner
With my purple hair, I'm easy to spot. (We like purple around here in case you can't tell!) In 2016, I became a bather at PetSmart and instantly knew I had found my calling. Fast forward to today, and I'm living my dream alongside my husband and our furry family of six (plus a foster dog or two.) Our dogs from past and present were the inspiration for our logo.
When I'm not grooming dogs, you'll find me running my food pantry (check out Paws & People Pantry here), indulging in a bit of crafting, getting lost in a good book, or shamelessly binge-watching my favorite show for what feels like the 17th time! 😅
My passion for animals has always been the driving force behind my happiness. Opening Hound Haven has been an absolute blast, and witnessing its growth and evolution brings me immense joy.
Taylor
Taylor is a newer groomer as she started her externship with me in Dec. 2023 and graduated In March 2024. When she isn’t working with me she is at her other job as a kennel technician for Toledo Animal Rescue, finding friend’s and family dogs to groom on the side, or just studying about grooming and dogs in general. Her compassion for animals and dedication to furthering her skills as a groomer are exactly why I hired her. She inspires me every day to be a better groomer.
